- • Clear Reporting Mechanisms: All team members are informed of their rights and the steps to report misconduct. Our Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is trained, accessible and impartial in addressing complaints promptly and sensitively.
- • Confidentiality & Fairness: Every case is handled with full confidentiality and fairness, ensuring protection from retaliation and victim-blaming.
- • Awareness & Training: SEED regularly conducts orientation and refresher sessions for all staff and volunteers on workplace conduct, gender sensitivity and POSH protocols — cultivating a culture of respect and dignity.
